Crossings (2000)

For solo guitar with live electronics. Crossings uses a single type of electronic sound processings: a live sampling/loop playback. The following equipment will be required:

  • Stereo sampling and loop device (or 2 mono units) - must be controllable live by the guitarist

  • Stereo delay device (or 2 mono units) - must have controllable feedback and delay time of up to 624ms

  • Microphone and/or guitar pick-up

  • Microphone stand

  • Small mixing board (minimum 4 channels)

  • Amplification system.

A computer typed score with performance directions.
