General Manager Job Specification

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the organisation.

  • Work with the Chief Executive to deliver the organisation's aims and ambitions.

  • Lead on the administration of CMS funding programmes.

  • Project management across a wide range of activities, including Embedded Musician, Classical EDI Development Fund, community projects and our Events. 

  • Plan and deliver events for a range of stakeholders

  • Bookkeeping and budget management.

  • Line managing our Communications Officer.
