Dan David Higgins
Dan David Higgins is one of Scotland's upcoming film composers.
Born in 1997 and brought up in Glasgow, he began his musical education from an early age, specialising in both classical violin and traditional fiddle, while also specialising in various guitar styles both classical and modern.
He went on to study modern music performance at Riverside Music College for 2 years and then graduated from the Academy of Music & Sound (University of Wolverhampton), specialising in composition.
Since 2022, he's been collaborating with the next generation of upcoming filmmakers, composing award-winning music for Short Films and international Feature Films, progressing further in the industry, composing new and original soundtracks, revolutionising the soundscape of modern cinema. 😉👌
A Collection of Classical inspired compositions, inflicting various emotions throughout for open interpretation. Originally released in 2017, rearranged and perfected in 2024, making it both simplistic and challenging for orchestras. Concerto Suite tells a story, but that story is what you make of it.
