Company Administrator: Scottish Music Centre

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced person to support the efficient and professional running of our busy office, located within City Halls, Glasgow. This is an office-based role within a creative and dynamic environment, ideally suited to someone with a background or strong interest in the arts.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial administration, HR support, office management, and supporting the work of the team - ensuring the organisation operates smoothly and continues to provide high-quality services to the music sector.

The postholder will play a frontline role in responding to enquiries from the music sector and the general public, signposting these to the relevant member of staff, and will act as the main point of contact with Glasgow Life’s buildings and events team regarding operational matters within City Halls.

SALARY

£28-30k per annum. pro-rata (depending on experience) plus pension contributions

HOURS

21-28 per week (negotiable)

LOCATION

City Halls, Glasgow, Scotland.

This is an office-based position.

HOLIDAYS

20 days plus one extra day per annum up to a maximum of 25, plus 10 public holidays (pro-rata).
