Gut-strung harp, wire-strung harp (clarsach), cello. Well-known exponent of traditional Scottish harp music and respected teacher. Also member of gaelic group Mac-talla. Has travelled widely, from Hawaii to Kuala Lumpur, and has done many television and radio broadcasts. Four albums and three books available. 1997 awarded MBE for services to music and art.
