Flauti Animati Scotica is a recorder quartet based in South West Scotland. Formed in October 2000, we comprise four dedicated recorder players from varying walks of life who, between us, have amassed a wealth of musical talent and experience. All four of us have given recitals and played at various concert venues throughout the United Kingdom. We have taught and been taught by some of the most respected musicians in the field. Drawn together by our common love of the recorder and the desire to share our music, Flauti Animati Scotica endeavour to be at the forefront of professional recorder groups in Scotland.
