The Aberdeen University Music Prize
Paul Tierney, Kings College Chapel Choir, Mark O'Keeffe, University of Aberdeen New Music Group, Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, Jennifer Martin
A prize of £5000 and a commision for a full scale work to be premiered by the BBC SSO will go to the composer who writes the best piece for string quartet, percussion quartet or brass quintet.
