Eddie McGuire 60th Birthday Celebration

Scottish Music Centre composer member Eddie McGuire celebrates his 60th Birthday on the 15th February of this year. Eddie, who was nominated for a British Composer Award in late 2007, is based in Glasgow and is one of Scotland’s most reputable composers.

Eddie McGuire is also known as the flautist and writer for, Scottish folk group, The Whistlebinkies. He is also a founder member of the Harmony Chinese Music Ensemble and is the chair of the Scotland and Northern Ireland Regional Committee for the Musicians Union.
