Royal Conservatoire of Scotland

Education | Specialist Music Schools

The Conservatoire is Scotland's most prestigious performing arts institution.

They offer a range of courses from undergraduate degrees through to practice-based PhDs in an artistic performing environment that is both supportive and challenging. All of the courses are designed around the needs and potential of each individual student and their expert staff provide the guidance and support necessary to assist the students in fulfilling their aspirations, realise their ambitions and find their metier, whether in the fields of drama, music, dance or technical and production arts.

The proximity of drama and music within the Conservatoire is an added advantage in the performing arts world of today where the future is seen as increasingly interdisciplinary. Recent courses which benefit from the many specialisms of both schools include the Master of Performance in Musical Theatre and the BA in Digital Film and Television.
