Clubs and Promoters | Promoters | Classical
Music in the University promotes music-making University-wide and provides opportunities for all members of the University community to take part in a broad range of musical activities. It also draws on specific research and educational interests within the University, not only in the Department of Music but also in other arts and sciences. MitU also works closely with other arts areas of the University and is a major contributor to its overall arts strategy.

Clubs and Promoters | Promoters | Jazz
Thirty lunchtime concerts during term time. Two grand pianos. Scottish based artists and composers are encouraged. University Orchestra (rehearsals Tuesdays) gives two annual concerts as does the University Choral Society (rehearsals Thursdays). Also concerts by Chapel Choir (rehearsals Sundays) and Big Band (rehearsals Wednesdays).
