This entry has been discontinued but has been retained for historical purposes.The annual Arran Folk Festival takes place in June on the Isle of Arran, Scotland. The programming includes concerts, ceilidh, free open pub sessions, open mic nights on the beautiful Isle of Arran. Known as ‘Scotland in Miniature’, is one of the most southerly Scottish islands. It has mountains and lochs in the north and rolling hills and meadows in the south, surrounded by a stunning coastline. Less than an hours ride on the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry from Ardrossan.
