Represent the brand and help Linn retailers to better leverage their existing database and recruit new leads by running events and building partnerships.


General Role

Organise and host events assisting with pre-event marketing and post event follow up

Identify and establish local brand partnerships to access their customer databases

Provide local marketing support for un-hosted events

Develop and maintain event materials in line with the Linn Events platform

Liaise with the wider sales team to ensure there is a good return on investment from events


Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the smooth running of a hosted event from concept to completion

Ensure all Linn events meet the agreed guidelines

Assist in the development of the Linn Events platform


Key Qualities:

An organised self-starter with presence and gravitas

Presentable, polished, well-spoken and able to hold entertain an audience of 10 to 100 people

Consultative, not hard sell approach

Exudes passion for music and can enthuse about Linn

Displays a restlessness to understand more about a retailer’s local market

Passionate about delivering first class customer service

Knowledge of other luxury brands

Technically minded and able to deliver information in an easy to understand manner

Excellent project management and budgeting skills

Happy to travel worldwide on a regular basis


Degree educated in a music/events/marketing discipline

A full, clean and current driving license
